Do you sell Salt Water Fish?

No. We specialize in freshwater fish. We have over 500 species of freshwater for you to browse.

The fish is not compatible with my other fish. Can I exchange or get a return?

No. Unfortunately, we do not exchange or return fish due to tank compatibility. We recommend you research any new fish compatibility alongside your current fish in your tank. We are more than happy to help you with this and can suggest suitable fish placement. Get in touch with our friendly team to assist you.

Can you special order a specific fish?

Absolutely. Talk to us about your dream fish wish list and we will be able to accommodate it. We receive orders from all around the world. Submit your inquiry through our contact form to arrange more. Please note, that for most special request pre-orders, we ask for a 25% deposit of the total order.

My fish is too big for my tank. Can I exchange or get my money back?

No. Unfortunately, we do not return any livestock due to size, we highly recommend you research the size of the fish before purchase. We are more than happy to help you with this and can suggest suitable fish to cater to the size of your tank. Get in touch with our friendly team to assist you.

My fish arrived dead. Can I get my money back?

In the unlikely event that you suffer a loss during transit, please notify us immediately. Do not discard any livestock without contacting us and after receiving authorization to do so. We require a video of you opening the box with the packaging intact of the deceased fish inside. Upon receipt of this video, we will send you a new, live fish, completely free of charge.
